How can you sell vacations for just $50?Glad you asked! This is the most asked question we get and we love to let the secret out. At any given time, excluding major holidays and conventions, hotels/resorts/cruises/etc. have about 30% of their rooms left empty. They have many fixed cost that don't change whether the rooms are occupied or empty. Put simply, they're losing money. We acquire these rooms at an extremely discounted rate and help the resorts/hotels/cruises fill them. They know that if you are there you will most likely spend some money at their restaurants or gift shops, maybe book a tour through them, or at least tell your friends and family and help draw in new customers. It's a Win/Win... you get a vacation for less than you ever could through anyone else and they get a room filled that would have sat empty costing them money.

What are the room taxes and fees? How much are they?The room tax and fees are charges the resort/hotel/cruise has to charge if the room is filled. These are the same regardless of if you purchased your stay directly through the resort, through a booking site like Expedia/Kayak/Trip Advisor or through us. The taxes and fees vary by location, as they are largely set by local government. The typical range is $20-$40 per night. You would have to pay the same amount whether you spent $400/night through another site or $50 for the entire stay through us.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
